Innovative Vitality has announced the launch of its new Longevity Labs & Provider Review program, a standalone health assessment designed to provide patients with deeper, data-driven insights into their biology without requiring long-term membership or ongoing care commitments.

The program addresses a growing gap in traditional healthcare, where patients are often told their results are “normal” despite ongoing symptoms or health concerns. By offering a more comprehensive and personalized evaluation, Innovative Vitality aims to help individuals better understand their health beyond standard diagnostic ranges.

“Too many patients are told their labs are ‘normal,’ yet they still don’t feel their best,” said Dr. Rahul Khare, CEO and founder of Innovative Care. “We created this option to give people real answers, rooted in data, explained clearly, and translated into a plan they can actually follow.”

The Longevity Labs & Provider Review includes an extensive panel of more than 50 biomarkers assessing key areas such as metabolism, hormone balance, and inflammation. These markers are designed to provide a more detailed picture of how the body is functioning and to identify early signals that may not be apparent through routine testing.

Participants also receive an InBody composition analysis, which evaluates muscle mass, fat distribution, and visceral fat to provide a more complete understanding of physical health than traditional weight-based measures alone.

Following testing, patients engage in a one-hour consultation with a licensed provider to review results, discuss findings, and develop a personalized health plan. The plan offers targeted recommendations based on individual data, focusing on metabolic health, hormonal balance, and preventive care.

Unlike traditional care models, the program is offered as a one-time experience priced at $549, allowing patients to choose whether to pursue additional care or use their results independently.

“Patients today are more informed and more engaged in their health than ever before,” Khare added. “They’re asking better questions. This program is designed to finally give them the answers.”

The launch reflects a broader shift in healthcare toward more flexible, patient-driven models of care. As interest in longevity and preventive health continues to grow, Innovative Vitality aims to make personalized health insights more accessible without requiring long-term financial or clinical commitments.
