Raymond 'Jason' Probyn is a recognized expert in the fields of anti-aging research and longevity science. With a strong background in biomedical research and molecular biology.

Jason holds advanced degrees in biochemistry and gerontology, and has been involved in several international research initiatives aimed at extending human lifespan through genetic, pharmaceutical.

Mona Sabalones Gonzalez

Mona Sabalones Gonzalez has been a professional writer since college at the University of the Philippines. She began as a short story writer, then moved on to writing across a range of fields, including entertainment, lifestyle, health, medicine, politics, and environmentalism. As a Senior Citizen, she has ghostwritten many books and authored her own. Mona is proud of being in her 70s and thinks this is the most interesting time of her life.

Mae Anacay-Banayat is a Project Management Professional, published textbook author, and registered author with the National Book Development Board, with multiple copyrighted manuscripts under her name. With a strong foundation in medical writing, Mae specializes in translating complex clinical and scientific information into clear, evidence-based content for both professional and patient audiences. Her work spans clinical documentation, educational materials, and health communication, reflecting her commitment to accuracy and accessibility.

Geriatrician

Dr. Bresnahan began his medical career in Dublin, where he completed his medical degree (M.D.) in 1976.

He then underwent residency training in internal medicine in London in 1984. Following this, he received additional training in geriatric medicine, including obtaining a Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in geriatric medicine.

Arthritis, Dementia, Depression, and Chronic Diseases. His comprehensive knowledge in these areas has enabled him to provide expert care for his patients.

William Dawkins

Birthplace: England; moved as a baby with parents to New Zealand, where he lived for decades

Residences: Lived in China for seven years (2008–2015); now based in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia

Lifestyle & Interests: Over the years, has enjoyed hiking, squash, badminton, diving, fishing, hunting, golf and other outdoor activities, as well as reading and travel. He focuses on fresh, healthy foods, avoids processed foods, drinks occasionally in moderation and has never smoked or used recreational drugs

Claire Ablazo

Claire Ablazo is a compassionate community leader and advocate for healthy, fulfilling aging. As an active Director of the Red Cross, she channels her dedication to humanitarian service into meaningful programs that uplift vulnerable populations and strengthen community resilience. A proud member of Rotary International, Claire embodies the spirit of Service Above Self — building connections and driving initiatives that create lasting impact across her community. With a deep commitment to the well-being of older adults, Claire is a passionate champion for active and healthy aging. She believes that every person, regardless of age, deserves the opportunity to live vibrantly, independently, and with purpose. Through her work, she partners with organizations, caregivers, and community members to develop programs that promote physical wellness, social engagement, and quality of life for seniors. Dr. Mary Ellen Ang Sy

Mary Ellen Ang Sy, RPh, MD, FPAO, FPCorS, is a distinguished Filipino ophthalmologist specializing in cornea and refractive surgery. She holds concurrent consultant roles at the American Eye Center, The Medical City, and Makati Medical Center, where she also serves as Service Head for External Disease and Cornea.


Dr. Sy completed advanced fellowship training at the Jules Stein Eye Institute, UCLA, and earned her medical degree cum laude from Saint Louis University, where she also graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Pharmacy.


A recognized leader in Philippine ophthalmology, she served as President of the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology (2024–2025) and currently serves as President of the Philippine Cornea Society (2025–2026). She is also a Member-Elect of the Philippine Board of Ophthalmology and a Trustee of the Eye Bank Foundation of the Philippines.


A passionate advocate for senior citizen eye care, Dr. Sy believes that preserving vision in older adults is essential to maintaining their independence, quality of life, and overall wellbeing.
Her research has been published in leading international journals, including the Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the Journal of Refractive Surgery, and she is a frequent lecturer at regional and international ophthalmology conferences.

Dr. Jessie Pocholo G. Garcia, MD

Physician, General Practice & Family and Community Medicine Resident

Dr. Jessie Pocholo G. Garcia is a dedicated physician specializing in general practice and family and community medicine. With a strong emphasis on accessible, patient-centered care, he provides comprehensive consultations, routine health check-ups, chronic disease management, preventive healthcare, and follow-up services tailored to individuals and families.

He is currently completing his residency in Family and Community Medicine at The Medical City Clark. His clinical practice includes serving at Vicente-Isabel Multispecialty Clinic and Diagnostic Center, where he delivers in-person consultations, alongside offering teleconsultation services to enhance healthcare accessibility.

Dr. Garcia brings a robust foundation to his practice, having earned his medical degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (UERM). He also holds a background as a registered nurse, with prior education at the University of Santo Tomas, which enriches his holistic and compassionate approach to patient care.

Committed to preventive medicine and long-term wellness, Dr. Garcia focuses on empowering patients through clear communication, evidence-based guidance, and personalized health strategies. He has been licensed to practice since 2021 and is listed on professional directories for general practice consultations.

Dr. Andre Cifra

Medical Director, UNO International

Dr. Andre Cifra specializes in stem cell therapy and is a dedicated physician and wellness advocate committed to making health education practical and accessible to a global audience. As Medical Director of UNO International (UNO Premier), he leads wellness programs, product orientations, and free online consultations through popular wellness initiatives.

A strong proponent of preventive care, lifestyle medicine, and occupational health, Dr. Cifra conducts corporate wellness talks on stress management, hepatitis awareness, mood enhancement, and disease prevention. He passionately promotes the idea that “health is wealth,” empowering individuals and communities with evidence-based guidance on nutrition, supplements, and holistic well-being.

He completed his early education at the Philippine Science High School and pursued studies at the University of the Philippines Manila before earning his medical degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (UERM). His clinical experience includes serving as an attending physician at Metro Balayan Medical Center and previously at Metro Lemery Medical Center, with a focus on occupational health and safety alongside lifestyle medicine.

Dr. Lonabel Pia Ancheta-Encarnacion, M.D., F.P.D.S.

Is a leading authority in Environmental Dermatology and one of the Philippines’ most respected voices on skin health in the modern world.

As Head of the Environmental Dermatology Unit and former Chairman of the Department of Dermatology at St. Luke’s Medical Center – Quezon City, Dr. Encarnacion has dedicated her career to understanding how our environment—occupational exposures, allergens, pollutants, and climate—affects the skin. A pioneer in contact and occupational dermatology, she established and continues to lead one of the country’s foremost patch-testing centers, helping countless patients identify hidden triggers behind persistent skin conditions.

Trained at the University of the Philippines and the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center, she further honed her expertise as a Research Fellow in Environmental Dermatology at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital, Columbia University in New York. A Fellow of the Philippine Dermatological Society, she is a sought-after educator, researcher, and clinician who bridges academic rigor with compassionate care.

With quiet authority and unwavering commitment, Dr. Encarnacion continues to advance the field, ensuring that dermatology remains relevant in an ever-changing environment.

Dr. Patricia G. Quilendrino, M.D.

Is a distinguished ophthalmologist and one of the Philippines’ foremost retina and vitreous disease specialists.

Serving as Vice President and Chief of Clinical Services at the Asian Eye Institute, Dr. Quilendrino leads with both clinical excellence and strategic vision. Her expertise centers on the diagnosis and management of complex retinal conditions, including diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, and retinal detachment, while she also performs advanced cataract surgery and provides comprehensive eye care.

A Fellow of the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology, she is an active member of the Vitreo-Retina Society of the Philippines and the Philippine Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Trained through her retina fellowship at the University of the Philippines – Philippine General Hospital, and holding a Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Dr. Quilendrino is widely respected as a skilled surgeon, thought leader, and educator who advances eye care standards across the country.
